An experience for complete beginners, the workshop vouchers are available to buy for yourself as a 1-2-1 workshop, or for you and a friend to come along together. Simply click to choose your voucher, then I will be in contact by email to find a suitable date and time for our class.
You can also buy the workshop vouchers as a gift for someone else - the perfect experience gift! I will send you an email with the details on to print out, or email directly to the lucky recipient.
What's included?
- Approximately 2.5 hours guided jewellery-making
- You will make either two stacking rings, or one ring and a pair of earrings, using recycled sterling silver
- Your jewellery will be ready to take home with you at the end of the workshop
- Relaxed and friendly class with coffee, tea, biscuits and cake!

What will I learn? You'll learn the basics of jewellery making including measuring, sawing, filing, soldering, shaping and polishing.
All equipment and materials you need will be provided. You will need to bring along your reading glasses if you wear them, and please wear closed-toe shoes and tie long hair back.
The voucher will have a 12 month time limit and cannot be exchanged wholly, or partly, for cash.

Terms and Conditions for Silversmithing Workshops with Shadow & Line
1. General Information
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in silversmithing workshops ("Workshops") organised by Shadow & Line ("Organiser").
1.2 By booking a Workshop, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking for Workshops is made through www.shadowandline.co.uk or directly with the Organiser.
2.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the Workshop.
2.3 Payment methods accepted include credit/debit card and Paypal.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Please inform the Organiser as soon as possible by email if you need to cancel/change the date of your Workshop. Unfortunately, the Organiser is not able to offer a full refund unless your place can be refilled, or the date can be changed to suit both parties.
3.3 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel a Workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund, or the option to transfer their booking to a future Workshop.
4. Workshop Participation
4.1 Participants must be 16 or over, and no prior experience is required.
4.2 Participants are required to arrive on time and stay for the full duration of the Workshop.
4.3 The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who arrives more than 30 minutes late, or who behaves in a disruptive manner.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 Participants must follow all health and safety instructions provided by the Organiser.
5.2 The Organiser is not liable for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings incurred during the Workshop.
5.3 Participants must wear closed-toe shoes and tie long hair back. They must also wear safety glasses when instructed to by the Organiser.
5.3 If you have any medical conditions or allergies, please inform the Organiser prior to the Workshop.
6. Materials and Equipment
6.1 All necessary materials and equipment will be provided by the Organiser.
6.2 Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to equipment caused by their negligence.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Any designs or techniques taught during the Workshop are the intellectual property of the Organiser and are not to be reproduced or shared without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
8.1 The Organiser will collect and store personal information provided during the booking process in accordance with [UK Data Protection Laws/General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)].
8.2 Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the workshop is limited to the amount paid for the Workshop.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
